Warranty on infrared cabin Infra-Sun

1. Sensalux/Infra-Sun warrants its saunas and accessories to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is expressly limited to the original retail purchaser, and shall immediately become null and void in the event of further sale, transference or conveyance to another individual or entity. Sauna components that become defective during the warranty period will be repaired or replaced at the option of SensaLux, except for damage attributable to negligence, improper installation, misapplication, unauthorized alteration, abuse, accident, misuse, water damage, electrical stress, excessive heat or fire.
   
   
2. Your sauna cabin has a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship excluding damages referred to in 1) above. Electronic components and accessories, such as CD Stereo players and oxygen ionizers are warranted for one year.
   
   
3. Any shipping damage to your sauna cartons must be noted on the Delivery Bill of Lading (BOL), signed or initialed by you before the driver leaves your house and reported to SensaLux within three business days after you sign the BOL to accept delivery. Failure to comply will result in owner taking full responsibility for any replacement parts, as well as all shipping and handling fees, and all third-party related labor expenses, if applicable.
   
   
4. This warranty becomes null and void if the sauna is deemed by SensaLux or its designated representative to have been improperly installed, misused, abused, altered or subjected to water damage and/or electrical stress. Such instances include operation and/or maintenance of the sauna in a manner that is inconsistent with published instructions by SensaLux. This warranty expressly excludes any damages caused by mishandling of the product by the owner, and extends only to defects in materials and/or workmanship.
   
   
5. The wood that is used in sauna cabinets is kiln dried, and a certain amount of expansion and contraction is normal in sauna environments. This natural reaction by the wood may result in minor cracks in the wood, which is acceptably normal. Hence, such cracks are not covered by warranty.
   
   
6. SensaLux shall not be held liable for any consequential or incidental damages associated with customer's loss of use of the sauna due to shipping times for part replacement and warranty repairs authorized by SensaLux, or non-warranty repairs.
   
   
7. During your first year of ownership of the sauna, beginning with the date that you sign the BOL, SensaLux will ship all warranty replacement parts to you at its expense. Customer is responsible for shipping charges incurred in shipping original defective parts to SensaLux, if required. A SensaLux Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all parts shipped to SensaLux.
   
   
8. After the first year of ownership of the sauna, customer is responsible or all shipping expenses incurred for any and all needed parts, regardless of warranty status.
   
   
9. SensaLux saunas are designed for indoor use only, and all warranties become null and void if the sauna is used in an outdoor environment. This warranty is for individual residential use only and becomes null and void if the sauna is used in a commercial, club, industrial or group situation.
   
   
10. Under no circumstances shall SensaLux or any representatives thereof, be held liable for personal injury to any person or persons, nor damage to any property arising from misuse of the sauna.
    
    
11. The provisions of this warranty are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, and any matters of grievance or litigation shall be adjudicated in Caddo Parish, Louisiana, USA.
